Coggin Asset Management, LLC (CAM) is a privately held environmental asset management company headquartered in Amory, Mississippi with over 15+ years of natural resource development and management experience. CAM is owned and operated by Daniel and Mary Robin Coggin.

Daniel S. Coggin, President of CAM, has participated in the development and/or management of over 19 wetland and stream mitigation banks and areas throughout the Southeastern United States. He has developed and/or managed wetland and stream mitigation projects for various state, county and municipal agencies as well as for-profit companies.

CAM currently manages a portfolio of wetland and stream mitigations banks with a current credit value exceeding $150 million. Daniel holds numerous professional certifications including:

Our Purpose (Why We Do What We Do)

I have had many people ask me why I love to develop and manage wetland and stream mitigation banks. They say that at the very least the bank approval process can be long and exasperating. I would have to agree with them! Though I love a challenge and I get great satisfaction every time I get a bank approved, the real purpose behind why we do what we do is quite simple. We at Coggin Asset Management see ourselves as stewards or gardeners if you will, of God's beautiful creation. That is why the purpose of Coggin Asset Management, LLC is to restore and protect God's creation by providing sustainable solutions through the marrying of environmental and economic interests. Quite simply, wetland and stream mitigation banking is the tool that we use to accomplish our purpose.
